These sizes are in "mens" so do not adjust to "womens" sizing. Your usual unisex T-shirt size could work fine, but if less than average height for your weight, you may want to order a smaller size, because these are long.
Alternatively, you can also pay extra for us to add black or white snaps to the bottom so that it can be oppened at the crotch! Just leave a $20 tip and a note that you've paid for snaps behind the gusset (if you want the pouch intact) or with the extra fabric of the pouch (if you'd rather reduce the buldge or do not have external genetalia) and the user's height/torso length to adjust to (please specify). This will slightly delay dispatch of your order.
