Returns:

Domestic returns of non-intimate items are generally accepted within 30 days if the item is in like-new condition. If you are trying on a new size or style, please try responsibly over a barrier to prevent contact with genitals or deoderant. Items returned with any scents or deodorant marks are subject to a $7 cleaning fee, because we have to wash the item with a fragrance-free detergent or antibacterial dish soap. Items that have clearly been washed, either because they have a new scent or are heat damaged, are not considered "like-new" and will either be charged the $7 cleaning fee or will need to be donated if we can't get it back to sellable condition.

Binder Exchange:

Since there is such variety of body types, chest tissue consitencies, and tolerance for compression; unfortunately the size chart isn't always 100% accurate and people sometimes need a smaller or larger size. We would be happy to exchange sizes or help you find another cut/product better suited to your needs!

If you would like more in-depth help with sizing/product selection, please provide these measurements for our recommendations:
1) Circumference around chest - under the arms but above your bust
2) Bust circumference - around the largest part of your bust
3) Underbust - underneath, around where a bra band might sit
4) Waist - at about belly button height

If you are in a hurry to get your exchange, go ahead and purchase the new item now and we will refund your previous order (minus shipping) once received and inspected. Otherwise, store credit or replacements are sent free of charge about a week after we get the return in "like new" condition - no deodorant stains or scents - DO NOT WASH!

Cash-back returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs, unless we've made a mistake when packing your order.
