Custom Order Placement
Hi!
Because the cost of custom-made items depends on the complexity of the style and whether we need to procure new materials, we need customers to email us with the necessary details to set up custom orders. Our customer support email is gbllcservices@gmail.com
When sending us your first email, please include the following information:
- Your location (country/state) and the date you need the item by, if your order is time-sensitive
- The style(s) you are hoping to modify, or a reference photo of what you want
- Mention your experience with any past orders you've placed with us (if any) for this type of product (how they fit and what issues you're trying to avoid this time)
- Tell us the size you need or let us know if you need a custom-fit garment
- Please include what color fabric you would prefer, so we can check if we have it
For custom-fit garments, we will either make adjustments based on an existing item you already have/tried from us, or you will be asked to take new measurements of your body. Please do not provide old or inaccurate measurements, which would pose a risk that the garment will not fit the way you want.
We generally have a $99 minimum for custom orders, though the per-garment price may be lower if you place an order for multiple of the same style. Alternatively, it may be cheaper and/or faster to have an existing garment altered to your needs. Because we cannot always accept returns of modified products, we ask that you please try our existing stock first to see how it fits, if possible. We can help you find a size or style to try if you are unsure where to start.
Here are some products we can usually sew from scratch to customize the color or fit:
- Our Active Tops and binders of any length
- Our Tucking Gaffs and Compression Shorts
- Swimwear (with limitations or potentially needing to purchase new materials)
- Full-body compression garments
- Garments using the same fabric as any of the above
- Chokers and harnesses made of elastic or grosgrain
Here is a list of some of the alterations and customizations we can usually do to existing stock or used garments:
- We can hem garments to be shorter
- Add an elastic waistband or leg straps for more security or length
- If you'd like a lower neckline of a binder, we might be able to turn one into a V-Neck
- We can shorten shoulder straps to make arm and neck holes sit higher up
- This is a great solution if the arm and neck holes are too big for you, resulting in spillage or cleavage being overly noticeable
- Also fantastic way to make old stretched-out binders usable again
- If you'd like a lower neckline of a binder, we might be able to turn one into a V-Neck
- If a gaff is fitting too loose around the waist or gusset, we can tighten thong straps as well
- We can add a loop inside any garment to attach the Tucking Strap using the flat hook end rather than the baby clip
- We can also add side straps using the same bra-strap elastic as the tucking strap to any gaffs (like a jock strap) to add extra security and make the booty pop!
- We can add cute pride flag or grip elastic straps to the Strapless Compression Top
- We can add a secret binder strap loop inside the Attachable Tank Top to make it work with some other styles of binder if the Rigid Binder is not your cup of tea
Here is a short list of services we don't offer:
- Embroidery
- Custom prints/graphic design
- Leatherwork
Here is a short list of products we do not currently make from scratch in-house:
- Faux Leather Chokers and Harnesses (We have a supplier who uses our custom moulds and can have vegan chokers made custom by them if you are willing to wait at least 4 weeks for it)
- Denim Hats & Beanies (We use blanks instead of making the hat itself - we can buy different pride trims, patches, or apply our trims to your own hat/item though)
- Jeans or Overalls (We had a limited number of overalls dyed and/or stonewashed to use as blanks for the pride trim, but we do not make the overalls themselves)
- T-shirts (we do not carry the right fabric for them)
- Custom knitwear/full-fashioned garments (we do not have that technology)
- Anything using a flatlock machine (we do not have that technology)
- Post-Op Compression Wraps (these are made in a medical garment facility)
- Jockmail underwear and swimwear (this is why we weren't able to have them made in larger sizes)
- Lace lingerie (we purchased these from another manufacturer, but may be able to alter them for you if needed)
- Any plastic or silicone products
- Tape (our tape is made at a CE compliant factory, which unfortunately does not carry material in darker skin tones and has a very high MOQ for custom colors that we cannot currently afford)
