Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us. This does not apply to custom orders or intimate items that come in direct contact with genitals. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with no deodorant stains or signs of wear including not having been washed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers within the US will be provided with a shipping label to print, but International customers must ship the item back to us at their own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded. Returns with stains will not be accepted, and if the item has any scents or deoderant marks, we will charge a $7 dry cleaning fee - please do not wash.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within the US, where the new item or size is sent about a week after the return is received, giving it time to air out and be inspected. International customers must pay for shipping on exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to instead return the item you have for a refund and let us know you will make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimates (like our tucking rings or underwear that does not have a protective sticker or layer), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please do not be rude to customer service!
Abusive language or threats will result in no refund, cancellation of orders, and/or being blocked. We will not stand for bullying of members of the shop, representatives, collaborators, models, or our community.
