Shipping policy

We offer USPS First Class shipping for the US which takes 2-6 days normally, but with the pandemic and USPS' lack of government support, shipments sometimes get stuck in backed up postal office bottlenecks and may be delivered late. Upgrades can be made at checkout, including UPS & DHL for international orders.

International shipping is available but customers are responsible for paying any customs duties. Please include contact information for the carrier to contact you should any issues or fees arise. Take note that with COVID and the increase in online shopping, post offices around the world are understaffed and it may also take over 4 weeks for them to process through customs from the time it leaves the US, thus tracking may not be updated for 3-6 weeks - this does not necessarily mean your package has been lost. If you selected standard USPS shipping, please wait 3 months after ordering to inquire with us, as we do not have any more information about where your package is than you do - tracking information is available in "Order History" in you account. Please be patient and do not expect us to refund orders that are late per USPS shipping estimates. If an order does not arrive in 3 months, we may offer some refund for your items, but can not refund shipping. For faster, more reliable delivery we strongly suggest selecting DHL Express instead.

Custom items will be shipped after they are made within their their processing time. The "Policies" tab on each product page includes these processing times.
