Amazing communication. Seller went above and beyond to include an extra extension strap in addition to my actual order at the larger size snaps. Turns out that was the size I really needed. Thank you so much for everything & truly glad you have these extensions available as they're kinda hard to find online.

HOT! Was too big for my neck even with the adjustable snaps, but luckily I had another snap lying around that I was able to sew on through the soft vegan leather to get it nice and tight. (I'm sure the seller would have also done adjustments for me, but wanted to wear it right away.)
