These suction cups create a strong vacuum seal against the skin, which can be easily released with the smaller trigger near the air hose. This pump is designed for safe use on erectile tissues like the clitoris, small FTM phallus, and penises under 5 cm / 2 inches as well as nipples. Works fantastically on pret-T genitals! Engorgement and increased sensitivity is temporary but may encourage bottom growth. Prolonged suction on less flexible soft tissues like along the skin of the neck may result in bruising like a hickey, which should fade after a few days but can be avoided by releasing the valve if suction becomes uncomfortable or if the area begins to look bruised.

The "original" packs come with S-L cups, but we finally received the missing XL cups so you can now select the "new S-XL pack" as well as black tubes for a more discreet color option! Cups are easy to replace by pressing the metal tab-like button and pulling on or off the plastic intake of the hose. Please note only one hose and 1 cup can be used at a time - these cannot connect to 2 cups at the same time.
