These suction cups create a vacuum seal against the skin, which can be released with the metal screw near the hand pump. The cup holds a powerful 10 setting reachargable bullet vibrator that can be removed and comes with a charging cable. The cup has very soft silicone tendrils inside for extra stilumation. This can be used as a clit/peen pump, nipple toy, etc. as long as the cup can seal against the skin!
There are 3 components you can use for control of the pumping experience: the plastic hand pump, the metal knob to control the strength and timing of suction, and the rubberized button on the bullet vibrator. The hand pump provides the initial suction, but the knob controls how long that suction is held. Twisting the metal knob tight (clockwise) will make it hold suction longer for more continual/static suction, and loosening it (turning counter-clockwise) will make it hold less suction for more of a pumping action for dynamic stimulation. If you're having any issues with it holding suction after adjusting the knob, please check that the hoses are not folded/squished/impeded and that the connections (like where the rubber tube covers the hand pump outlet) are not slipping off. Once charged, the bullet vibrator should turn on after holding the "on" button down for 3 seconds. From there, one press of the button should toggle to the next of 10 vibration settings.
DO NOT USE SILICONE LUBE WITH SILICONE TOYS
Pump and cup can be cleaned with soap and water or toy cleaner. When cleaning, you may remove the vibrator, as the vibrating bullet should not be fully submerged under water. It can be washed under a faucet, but water might eventually get inside if submerged fully in water for any significant length of time.
